I'm on day 5 of healthy eating and keeping under 2000 cals a day, using my Fitbit. I am determined not to break this pattern again and finding out that stress is s big trigger for my cravings.
Alas I've been riding the wave and not succumb to my binge eating habit that has piled 2 stone on in a matter of months by eating gallons of ice cream for comfort amongst other things and no healthy meals .
I can't say it's been easy at all. I don't purge, just feel sick and depressed after a binge. None of my clothes fit and I wait until it's dark before I leave the house - not good but 5 good days I am grateful for. Well 4 and a half cos I'm a night eater aswell.
My dog is telling me it's walkies time so going to buy some fruit instead of rubbish from the shop.
I did batch cook but gave it to my daughter and children yesterday as they enjoyed a mouthful of the low cal risotto I had cooked so I gave it to them

Thanks for being here guys ... I feel I'm with *my* people here and get sooo much comfort from reading your posts
