Binge eating disorder: I need to feel like I'm not alone

I binge when stressed. Wondering if you get stress? Don’t feel bad, I think binge eating can come on because we feel bad. Maybe you should focus on improving your self esteem in other ways. You could maybe do a list of all the kind things you’ve ever done and all the compliments you’ve ever received. This might be way off the mark and you might not have low self esteem at all- apologies if I’ve got it wrong. I’m just going by what I feel like myself and you are not me. Anyway you are sooo not alone! X
