    Our forum members are people, maybe like yourself, who experience mental health difficulties or who have had them at some point in their life. Amongst our membership there is a wealth of expertise that has been developed through having to deal with mental health issues.

    We are an actively moderated forum with a team of experienced moderators. We also have a specialist safety team that works extra hard to keep the forum safe for visitors and members.

Referrals accepted from: Self-referral, social workers, community mental health team, community psychiatric nurse, support worker, friends and family.

Eight Bells

Monday to Thursday 9.30am – 3.30pm each week

Eight Bells for Mental Health is a charitable organisation which supports people affected by mental health issues in Newbury, Berkshire and the surrounding areas.

We are a member led organisation open to anyone who has experienced a mental health issues. We provide a safe friendly welcoming place for people to drop in, relax and be among supportive peers. We offer a range of activities, courses and trips including music, healthy living and art. We also have a catering team who provide a freshly cooked meal every day.

Weekly Activities

Lunch: Daily Monday and Thursday 12.30 – 1pm
Monday: Art Group 1.30 – 3.30pm
Every other Thursday: Music Group 1.30 – 2.30pm
