Hi I've been doing cover work and the old bully who bullied me last summer has started to bully me again today by being rude to me and treating me like a child and making me feel stupid, firstly I was doing the trolleys and my manager asked me to shut the door behind her,I didn't hear what she said so I asked bully and she said after to lock door I got my hands ready as thought she meant gate so was ready to go outside and bully shouted no no really rudely, than secondly,a little boy a two year Il was stuck in a hoolohoop and I helped him out as ge could trip on concrete and she rudely said why do that he can try him self,I felt upset being bullied by her however trying not to make a big deal off it because everyone else is nice

Make a record of everything. Time, dates, and what she said to you. That way, you might feel better as you're doing something about it, if you ever want to take it to Human Resources. Hate workplace bullies.

Hi mayflower thankyou so much because I'm currently bank staff and she's permanent I'm trying not to make a big deal and trying not to let anyone else see and remain professional, and have fun with the children what I'm there for to look after just when she is rude speaks to me like a child is really horrible and I try not to ley it bother me as I'm really sensitive at things like that ,no one else speaks to me rudely so don't see why she does I will start recording ,just worried that if it does continue and i do have to speak out that no one will listen to me like above as I'm bank staff currently thankyou xxx

If I were you treat her like an invisible being. People who bullied people are needed more attention and find satisfaction if they successfully get your attention, so if you ignore them they are the one will get tired of bullying you.
Thankyou good idea I will ignore her and not answer het when she's being rude and bullying me xxx
