Hi,

7 months ago I was diagnosed with beautiful BPD. I am visiting my therapist every week, I stopped drinking. And sometimes I feel that things getting better but this feeling I can keep just for very short time. But it change to anger, madness or sadness. Nothing can make me happy. What are you doing to feel happy? How to feel happiness from small things? What are you doing to feel happy at least for short time? It's exhausting.

I guess the main thing is to distract your mind so you aren't thinking about being sad or angry because then that makes you feel even worse. Go out with friends or alone, watch a comedy, listen to upbeat music, be creative. I know sometimes these things aren't always going to work or you aren't motivated enough depending on how severe things are, but if you are like me and feel low for not really any reason at times then I find these things can help

When I’m especially down I watch cartoons and color. I’m an adult and a scientist but letting go of worries and just being me for a bit really helps.

By which I mean I’m not good at art I just like pretending I’m five sometimes lol
