Well after a two week 1st hypomania i feel blue.

I dont know if this is because it has eneded or because they stopped my anti d two weeks ago

going to try the gym this morning but i just want to curl up in bed.

i am so clueless to this illnewss att the moment. every day is like a new adventure.

i ask the docs, and the nurses and the just nod sympathetically which is nice i suppose except i want some answers too.

fed up and want to be me again:(

When you come down from a high you do tend to fall below the normal mood level so what you're feeling is to be expected. The anti d's just make highs higher and you will probably be better off without them.

If you can't face the gym take as brisk a walk as possible, that should help a little.

Agree with Dollit. Often when I have been too high or manic - I hit the ground with a thud!! It's never easy or nice. Hope you're not too low too long. Jacqui x
