Back from the docs

Hi all

WEnt to the docs this morning and he said i do have bulimia. that is what i suspected it was. he has refered me to a psychiatrist, and said it would be v soon.

I was really upset talking to the doc as i havnt really spoke about it out loud before. I feel really down in the dumps. just want to go back to bed.

Going to put on mtv and do some ironing.

Have been good so far today so just trying to keep it that way

congrats on telling the GP. Instead of worrying about it,think that youve taken the first step into getting help. I hope you dont have to wait too long for your referral.
