Back from holiday - Returning to normal, and resuming old and new activities

Hi Everyone,

Now that I have recovered from my jet lag fog, from early week, and recovered, and very much then healed from my sinuses plus infection, and also dry prolonging coughing sympton cleared up too, I am ready for action;

For the moment, and I have my religious festival soom looming upon, there won't be much in the way of voluntary work roles; as it is one of a holiday time on the religious calendar of the year. Things hould be picking up eventually afterwards.

I am gradually and carefully resuming my regular fitness working out, (fitness dvds) and commencing next Tuesday 31st of March, I am starting up attending zumba gold classes, I'll plan to work out on days I'm not volunteering; otherwise I'll feel too worn out, physically; and after Passoever, I'll switch (oops! I've dropped the hint now!) to attend zumba classes within my community centre, I'll plan in any event to workout in the zumba classes hopefully financially depending, twice a week, back to back.

This weekend, I'll workout tomorrow in the afternoon, because on Sunday, I'm joining up with family, cousins, and a close dear friend, of our family for a luncheon gathering, so it will be impossible in at home, for me to workout then. Then, I'll attend the zumba class if actually will be on - what with the Easter break, on Tuesday 31st March.

Take care all,

Natalie.

HI all,

If that I thoiught I was returning to normal ... wrong, my sinuses have flared up for today, after being out shopping, and I did have my coat hood on, so I shan't be working out this afternoon. I'm going to take it easy, I'll see how I'll be for Monday. Or maybe not Monday, things are happening at home on that day, so for on Tuesday, and I might get in for the zumba gold class, locally.

I'd rather not take a painkiller, I have had a dose of homeopathic, and taken a dose of my over the counter bought medicine, for sinuses. I just think, it's the colder climate, and looming upon wet weather.

Mental health wise, I'm well and stablised.

Hi all,

I am now very well and truly recovered from my sinuses problem.

Therefore, I have just done a short - effective warm up and stretching routine preceeded by a light, energetic dance workout. Together with our central heating on this afternoon, I'm very well again, sinuses health wise, now.

I had been very irritible earlier this afternoon, anyway, I soon rectified that problem, and I'm fine, on that note.

I'm alright and stablised very well, mental health wellbeing wise.

Now, I have noticed from at times before, when I eventually become unwell with the sinuses, or straight away on a day, I'm then unable to perform my one or many a few mental health interests, not very well. Once and when I have then recovered and feel very much better, I can then happily resume my mental health wellbeing interests.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I'm alright now, following on from a spell of sinuses head health problem, today, and I have just returned back to home from holiday, welcome back to the old miserable dulll grey weather, I felt.

Now that I am very much better, and for a time, I had been knitting with listening to music, and listening to one of my cds just now, I wondered how a track wouldn't play properly, then I realised, it was the batteries - they needed changing. Anyway, I have switched to the mode of cross stitching work, in which away on hoiday, I had a few false starts with, as I was trying to cross stitch, and I wasn't well, which I hadn't realised, until the hard way, meaning, I couldn't give the cross stitching my proper full attention.

Anyway, I now have changed the batteries, so I'll be happy listening to music, easy listening, musicals, definitely not heavy metal, rock, I'm not that sort of a character.

Once, and when it becomes dark, so not very good light, I'll switch me to knitting, for preference, then switch back to cross stitching, for the daytime.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I have been trying to cross stich work this evening, felt to have switched to the mode of knitting, and listening to music.

On Tuesday, and I made a mistake not Wednesday, too close to my religious festivities in which I need to help my mum and dad out, shopping wise, housework, the usual routine, I am going to take myself out for the day. I'm going to go to a shopping centre, in North West London, and I need to look and hopefully buy a pair of new jeans, I would like to try to get to somewhere else, via in Waltham Cross, although I don't know when parents and I might get there, so I thought, right, I'll do that, in North West London on Tuesday.

I am very well overall now from my sinuses head pains, I have had gliches of heard voices, through tiredness, they have now disappeared whilst listening to music and knitting.

Looking forward to a luncheon gathering, tomorrow in North London, with family, and a close dear friend of family who is also joining up with us.

I'll be very tired later on tomorrow.

Take care all,

Natalie.

HI all,

I enjoyed my family and our close dear friend of the family lunch gathering, at a restaurant, very much so.

Mental health wise, I was absolutely fine, through a steady level of doseage on medication, fortunately only on one type of mental health medication.

Tomorrow, or if not then, Tuesday, or Wednesday, I intend to work out, to burn off the calorific intake of lunch - dessert today. I won't hint regarding what I had...

Hi all,

I am mental health wise fine, this evening and my irritiblity levels, now that presumably the wet weather has now come in, have been reduced, although I still have and since from being away on holiday, dental health issues, which hopefully need to be ironed out, so I'm feeling low still in that respect.

After so many false attempts on a previous cross stitch design piece, working with blank fabric, which I'll go back to at some point, I'm presently having a breather, from that one, and started to work on a difference design piece. Only if I'll happen to be feeling irritible, or very tired out, I'll knit, with listening to music, otherwise, it's cross stitching.

I do have by the way, a dental appointment booked, for on Thursday afternoon, if I can last with the pain on hot temperature, for that long, I didn't think, which annoys me now, to suggest if they had a cancellation, I'll then be in quick to the surgery tomorrow, only me being me, hadn't thouight to suggest that. Still, I'll be in for dental, on Thursday.

In the meantime, and depending on the windy weather for the moment, I am intending to attend local zumba gold class, in my area, change of similar location, much further down, in the shopping main street, doesn't worry me.

Take care all, hope everyone else is just about ok, managing, or dare I say managing their mental health being well,

Hi all,

I have short notice notification request for a volunteering group mailing stint, for tomorrow. Therefore, I shan't be around on here, for much of the day, I'm trying to find out how big or small the mailing will be and how long it might take, which I'm in the throes of trying to find out. Doesn't worry me, gives me something else to do, to help out at the community centre.

Hi all,

I shall be pretty much busier for the day tomorrow, the volunteering starts at 10.30, I'll have to happily set out much earlier to allow for travel connections, and I think, although I'm unsure, I think, there's different work for me in the afternoon, so i'll be kept happily occupied for promises to be a satsifying and long volunteering day tomorrow.

I have done a workout today focusing on stamina, I might get another workout done, this afternoon, to focus on upper body strength work. In time for the mailing, tomorrow, and other duties.

Take care all,

Hi all,

A change in volunteering arrangements; it will be tomorro and Thursday morning, I'll volunteer, so I shall be around via the Forums and catching up with posts, much earlier on in the afternoon, than first thought.

It is detailed work, and t here are 900 intoal envelopes to sift through, it requires supervisory work much more than normal procedures of mailing which I am normally used to.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I have just completed a workout session focusing on strength and stamina, so I'll be feeling fitter and toned up in time for volunteering, this morning, and I'll repeat workout hopefully, if I don't oversleep, tomorrow morning.

There's a lot to do, and with superivision, so after I have hopefully done a first few items correctly, I'll have my walkman on, to help me concentrate, into the work, and to prevent any distractions. I get distracted, very easily.

I'll catch up with posts, and I'll post myself, I know what I mean, later on this afternoon, during today.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I have had a stressful in on the home front, past and current week, regarding a change of circumstances regarding my brother for the moment, he's around at most weekends now, and not out to his girls' place, not going out with her currently, can't specifiy too much. So I have been much more sensitivie, and irritible, than usual. Plus, I have had my own health problems, through bipolar mainly.

I have recently resumed my in home working out to fitness dvds, I did attend volunteering, we've had something of a problem, within the group mailing, we were able to rectify in the end, so at the moment I'm pleasantly tired. Stressing wise, I thouight this late afternoon, right, I'll get a workout done, basically comprising of salsa basic steps, encorporating to a bit more of a complex routine dvd segment, eventually, I became destressed much better and head clearer. I know, it soon does wonders, when I do and after I have done a workout regardless of a workout form I might take.

Back into volunteering tomorrow, and I'll get a harder dance workout done, in at home, earlier in the morning.

Take care all,

Natalie.
