I'm not sure where this might fit in.
I recently realized that I avoid people who are dealing with issues. For example I have two friends with relationship problems, another with job conflicts and yet another with financial concerns. I don't feel like I am strong enough to listen them. I get anxious just thinking of them. They need someone they could depend on but I can't even figure out my own life struggles.

I think that is completely normal that you don't want to deal with their problems. Friends usually support each other, but there is a point to how far one should go with telling a friend about their problems. Especially if the other friend is dealing with issues himself.

I think that you should talk to your friends and tell them how you feel. That your anxiety gets triggered and you feel down every time, because you probably worry about them. They should understand. :)

Hi, I think also maybe say how you feel, TW, even though we do worry about our friends and family, sometimes you have to put yourself first. make your you are ok! More so if you are going through a really tough time,to be able to support others with a strong mind, you can if you are in a better place yourself, but not while you have lots of things going on in your own mind. Once you are in a better place then, you could be there rock! If we worry too much about everything and everyone elses worry ect, it make us more ill than we already are.
