It is now the Autumn (in the northern hemisphere, where I live) and this is always a bad time for me.
his is the time I often end up being picked up by the police or visited by the crisis team

I am getting unstable.
I can feel it.
But I have no support. I have no CPN visiting. My next contact with MH services is a visit to the psychiatrist on 17th October.
WIll I manage that long before somthing goes wrong?
I don't feel like it at the moment

Hey Shaky, I'm a bit in the same boat with the support. I don't have a case manager (same as CPN) or any contact with MH services. My next appointment with my psychiatrist isn't until December. However I DO have regular contact with a GP. Do you have a GP you could have an earlier appointment with at all?

It might be possible - but what is he going to do?
He hasn't got access to counselling or anything like that.

Hey, Shaky...
Surely your GP can liaise with your psychiatrist on your behalf? Mine are in constant communication with my psychiatrist. I don't actually see a counsellor or psychologist at all. Would hate for you to have nil support at all if you are feeling (and excuse the pun) shaky within yourself.

shaky, i know you can hold out until october 17th. you seem like a strong dude. just stay safe and don't miss any doses.

but yeah, there's usually a season where i get unstable and tend to visit psych wards too: usually the summer.

July is usually when I get admitted. I'm just happy that when winter arrives I have a warm place to sleep. I'm sorry shaky that you're feeling poorly. I hope you start feeling better.

I got hypomanic on Monday - and I didn't take my medication
I tried to - but I just couldn't drop it onto my tongue
Felt peaceful, excited, shaky, uncertain yesterday - lots of things. But being a bit loopy at bed time I couldn't take the meds again
Only slept for about 4 hours too - which is not like me (7 hours a night usually)

So I'm not right - but I'm not wrong either.
