Did you make these? I like listening to things like this though I don't hear voices most of the time luckily..I listen to noisy stuff just because my thoughts themselves are chaotic and erratic most of the time, I feel "they" try to keep me from being able or organize my thoughts, and sometimes put me in a hazy state where I cAnt even think about anything at all and I feel like noisy noise helps with that too.

I made them. the first is 10 songs overlapped (ABBA and Chicago). The second is a random selection of electronic noises.

If you hear music, I am starting to hear it all day, just play music quietly in the background and it makes the music stop.

I do hear music sometimes ! But it is similar to my experience with voices in the way that I can't really make out what I am hearing, it will just be little snippets, can't tell if it was actually saying something
I don't know why but I for a long time have just had a sense that I will hear things and see things someday, I just feel like I know it will happen
It's not a good thing to assume & expect to happen I know, but I just have thought it for a long time

I have been hearing voices for 18 years.

IGNORE THEM AND DO NOT DO ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU TO DO, EVEN IF IT SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD THING.

DO NOT TRY TO HEAR THEM OR UNDERSTAND THEM.

Once you hear them clearly, they will begin harassing you. They will be nice to you in order to try to tune into you, and then they will ruin your life.

I have been commenting on this for years.

I used to be a voice hearer very well since, having been on med, since 2007, and always always i listen to varykinds of music to keep the voices down and at bay, apart from under control on med.

Listening to Music has to be the best source of Mental Health therapy, and try telling the pshychartry world that! Mind you, within my team, in North London, they don't necessarily know I like to listen to Jane McDonald, Diana Krall, and from more recently, Bervely Knight.

Music in its many forms is powerful, soothing and calming.

and you only need to play the music at a very low level. on my media player the volume is 5 out of 100 and it stops many of the voices.

I really believe some people are trying to take advantage of my spiritual development and use it against me. I can feel a big difference in the past year in a good way but it also has made it easier for those with negative intentions to try to drive me crazy and make me unable to trust myself because there is not so much figurative "fog" I guess..I've opened my eyes
And Natalie I totally agree, music is one of the best forms of therapy...and funny videos :D I try to have a sense of humor about my situation And laugh a lot because if I didn't, it would be just so unbearable!
