I am sorry you are feeling so bad right now. Is there anything about tomorrow that is particularly scary for you?

I'm sorry you feel so bad, is there anyone you can see tomorrow to get through the day better? You're always so helpful towards others on this forum, I wish I had more helpful things to say too. What is making you feel so bad right now? Huge hugs xxx Viktoria

Thanks for your replies Prairiechick and Viktoria really kind of you . Nothing bad is happening tomorrow it's just with the way i'm feeling if no one is there to stop me I just can not see myself being here anymore . No one around to be with they have other commitments . I wanted to get myself admitted to a hospital a little while back other half refused to accept it as an option none of the GPs I have seen thought it was a good idea either and would not help me no one seems to accept that I am feeling as low and suicidal as I am . Even when I have opened up and tried to get help there is none whats the point . I have had my fill of feeling constantly less than nothing and the ones that are supposed to care about me most are not listening .

I am so sorry that people are not listening to you and taking you seriously. I know what it's like to feel suicidal and feel like no one is there for you. It is one of the most lonely places in the world to be. Do you have a plan in place for taking your life? Please, please do not attempt to take your life. No one on here wants to see you go.

It sounds like you have some idea of how you could take your life. I am very concerned about you. Can you call 911 or the emergency equivalent where you live? Or do you have a way to get to your local hospital emergency room? I know those are not fun options, but at this point it's about keeping you alive and getting you the help that you need.

Hey sweetie so so sorry you are feeling so low again today you know what see if you think you need to go into hospital I would turn up and ask to be admitted this is at least going to be a safe haven for you what do you have to lose... no one else needs to know where you are ur partner is the only one that needs to be informed and I am sure some excuse can be made to keep anyone else from finding out .... if I didn't have to go to work at this new job that's where I would be no doubt about it hun ... if it's not for you sign yourself back out Yeh xx been thinking about you sweetie massive hug from me xx

If you're in the North West of England, there's this you could look into:

The Sanctuary

I really wish everywhere had places like these, because they're just essential for the well-being of people with mental health issues.

I'm so sorry you're having to go through this at the moment. I really hope tomorrow's better for you. Please feel free to PM me if you need anyone to talk to.

Thanks Jruth and Stuartiee . So lovely of both of you means alot . I'm in Edinburgh my nearest mental health hospital is the royal Edinburgh . They have been in trouble for over medicating people . So i'm relying on sertraline and will pwer to get me through at the moment . My other half is getting me out the flat and taking to the local pub ( don't worry not touching anything with alcohol in it ;-) )

That's good! I'm so glad your partner is so supportive. A change of scenery can sometimes change your mood. I hope it does this time. Enjoy.

When I have felt depressed and suicidal I found it best to go to a public place, like a busy coffee shop or the library. somewhere there are other people. If I was desperate I used to go to the village pub. I expect I caused some gossip hereabouts. Hope you will get through this rough patch and come out the other side. Please stay safe - you are such a kind and caring person.
