ASPERGERS - Please help me caption this birthday post?

Hi all,

It's my birthday soon. It is such strange times with the C-19 situation that I am not celebrating it with friends this year.

I'm thiniking of posting a pic of my cake (surrounded by 'Happy Birthday' confetti) on Insta, and captioning it somehow (that acknowledges how different this year is).

I am 28! I struggle with this, as my Aspergers makes me overthink things like this a lot. Please could you help me come up with a good caption that accompanies the photo of my cake?
