Is it common for ASD people to think people can read their mind if both of them stop talking and have a deep eye contact?

I presume you mean autism by ASD. I don't think its common but I am no expert on autism at all. Is this distressing you at all? That is the most important thing really. I hope others will be along with better understanding than me. Sorry I'm not much help.

It's not common for autistic people to make eye contact to begin with. The idea of a 'deep' eye contact is making me uncomfortable.
