Hi all,

I was wondering whether you would be willing to be a research participant for a study on cognitive beliefs?

This is for my Postgraduate dissertation and will take about 20mins of your time. It involves completing out some questionnaires anonymously, and sending/emailing them back to me. Participation is completely voluntary and you don't have to do it if you dont want too. However I will appreciate it greatly if you do. To be a participant, you should be:

* Aged 18+
* Live in Greater Manchester or its surroundings
* Fluent in the English language

I have attached five materials to this post, please download and read all materials which contain details about the research, especially the Information sheet. You may also obtain these materials here if required http://jump.fm/OYHCS. After completing the questionnaires and clinical characteristics form, please attach and email them back to me (my email address is stated in the Information Sheet).

Deadline date for participation is: Sun 18th Oct 2009

Thank you very much, I hope to hear from you soon.

S
