Has anyone tried any mobile apps for feeling better? I know of Innerhour, Happify, Wysa - wysa is a helpful chatbot and makes me feel better after some conversation. Happify has good resources. Anyone tried these instead of therapy? Or alongwith therapy? For therapy for me only chat therapy and CBt works well. Any thoughts?

I'll try anything. I personally don't like talking to someone, but prefer to find outlets like art and writing.

It's important to find what helps you cope, any hobby or activity that makes you happier or just feel better.

thanks for sharing.... hmm ... I find walking helpful esp if I have too many thoughts ...somehow any amount of writing is not enough for me I kind of need to share and chat ... developing some gardening hobbies ...
