I'm the opposite to all of you! I've been on my meds for about 20 yrs and I've been really stable. I will never go off them. I know that. I'm terrified of being manic again. Holy fuck, I was all over the place, and an asshole. An all round nosey, arrogant smart arse!

I felt quite stunted and quiet for about a year after my breakdown. But I'm not like that anymore. I'm definitely not boring. I need more sleep and it's a bit more than other people but that's ok. I like sleep😁

i'm frightened to try having observed what happpend to people who try alienating everyone around them before been binned and forcibly put back on them

these drugs are more addictive than heroin, i can understand drug addicts and alkys been reluctant to ask for medical help, they'll just be put on a medical drug even more addictive than the alcohol or heroin
