Hello,

I haven’t been professionally diagnosed but I am praying it’s OCD and I’m not crazy. My HarmOCD began two months ago and it’s been hell. I don’t feel like myself anymore, I’m constantly ruminating if I’m evil/dangerous. (When I know deep down I’m not) I can’t function and it’s terrifying. I miss who I was, I miss being happy and at peace.

How can I overcome this?

No such thing as "crazy". Each is a disorder that has a cause and hopefully treatment.

Hi
I suffered sever breakdown and then anxiety ever since. My anxiety got worse and worse, from relationship to sexuality to money, you name it what ever it can jump on which is OCD, the consistent merry go round that never ends. I wake up and it starts until I pass out, I deeply miss the person I was also so you are not alone. I have had no choice but to go onto medication as I tried to fight so hard but sometimes something happens and it messes with the chemicals in your brain, for that you need help. Which is here and speak out to your doc so they can help you more
