Did you talk to the doctor? Somebody told me about playing white noise, and playing something very quiet too might help.

Click to expand... i have not met him for a while already , and the tinnitus actually appear a few months later after my withdrawal of risperidone which i just took maybe for a week. I am not sure if it is related but the tinnitus never disappear since then.

I think you should check with your doctor just to be sure that there is no other cause.
