other people do EVERYTHING possible not to harm He also has a very bad anger problem and thinks the whole world is out to get him. . us? we harm ourselves. there's like a defect. who goes against themselves and why?

I do it out of anger towards myself, a kind of self hatred or punishment, or at times just to not feel the pain I'm feeling. What about you?

im angry at myself too. i feel like im essentially always doing wrong thing. i find a problem with everything i do

Maybe u just are way too critical on urself. Sit back take a breath n what happens too me when I get too critical is I start looking at everything I’m doing wrong. I feel when I get critical I starts pointing out my short comings . But problem is I can’t manage the activities when I’m critical . I feel life is just too tough when I’m being critical . So then when I feel better I try to accomplish the things that I couldn’t do while I’m in thst critical stage ?

Ah, the borderline curse. I hear you. That voice that tells you you just don't get it right like everyone else seems to. I'm sorry. I wonder if a person with borderline can also be narcissistic (kidding)

Well, a lot of intense emotions and trouble controlling them, many of them rooted in anger. I am just starting DBT again or I'd be better at describing it, it's been a few yers since I was last willing to admit I have it/be treated for it. A lot of impulse control, self harm, destructive behaviour, fear of abandonment and rejection.

It’s little much too think we can just figure are mental health out in one shot ? Let’s do some little things that are easier too achieve? Perfect example is talking in this site. I find talking here my helpful because it’s not a dr or something that never felt what we personally feel

What we express here is way more valuable then u think. Takes lot of courage admitting are short comings . It helps me getting off my chest n when I express myself

I’m telling my psychiatrist of are site n how u guys share ur deepest feelings n fears . I almost feel like u guys are a secrete part of me that I don’t tell anyone? Should we start talking about how we are taking are mental health into are own hands ??

I agree. Half the time I get more out of it than I do a session w my shrink. And it doesn't charge what he does, either...
