I’m over 55 and definitely a senior. Definitely, defiantly.
Well past retirement age.

I suffer with GAD, depression, agoraphobia to name a few.

Any particular thing you want to discuss or just converse with an oldie!!

Well I’m 60 and after recovering from Social Phobia I now have GAD and BPD, which I’m in the process of recovering from. Anything you wish to discuss I’m always around to answer.

Hi runner girl, Lunus, ScaredCat, and daffy!

My last “definitely” came up as defiantly.
Not meant to. Perhaps a Freudian slip!

Well, I’m older than you all! 70.
But I’ve joined in threads with many different
age groups and topics as already mentioned.

Is there something in particular you wanted to discuss
runner girl? X

I am almost 67. Due to go on a citybreak to Milan with my sister (10 years younger than me) and dreading it, I get so nervous.

with the life expectancy with serious mental illnesses a lot of seniors are dying off or have comorbid illnesses, feel we're not represented and our chronic views don't go down well with the younglings, remember rethink carers complaining about the chronics at the day centres giving their young sufferers bad views
