I've done meds, counsel, exercise...pretty much every treatment going but I still get low moods. Been in one for about a month. Has anyone else exhausted all treatment options with no success and, if so, what's the next move?
I've been on a diet and eating really well for months but when the low mood hits food is the only thing that makes me feel better. I was in absolute turmoil today, fighting with myself for ages then I ended up eating a footlong subway, 3 subway cookies, a donuts and 4 milky bar slice things. It made me feel better. I still eat healthy meals but I eat rubbish as well as that.
