Hey guys,

I'm on a mission of trying to get men of all ages/races/sexuality/locations to share their experience of mental health and the battle they have fought/are currently fighting. It's a well known fact that suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45. This is heartbreaking. Men are suffering and we are suffering in silence. We need to open up and support each other as brothers as well as soldiers so we can win our battles.

I have started a website and movement that I hope will encourage men to share their stories so I can share them with the world to offer comfort and support to others who may be suffering in silence, too afraid to share their thoughts.

If you are interested in being a part of my website, please contact me and find out more. Together we can fight this.

Let's talk, brother.

Thank you and don't give up.

Kudos for you to being so inclusive.

:welcome: to the forum pal.

I got a men's group at my day center. We sometimes sit in silence but I always look forward to it.

GentleMind, I do think that you are right. A lot of men don’t tap into the reservoir of fellowship and brotherhood with other men, choosing instead to suffer in silence because they don’t know any other way.

Good for you that you started something. Well done!
