hello, just wondered if anyone looks after or outfor a child( lol shes 21) with bi polar. i wonder if im doing the right things for her, i worry for her growing up and coping on her own long term. thank you x jane

With all due respect 21 years of age is an adult not a child; so she has already "grown up". Can she not cope on her own?

No, she doesnt pay all her bills, doesnt keep the house clean and struggles with her son sometimes, she is sleepy in the mornings and doesnt really understand her illness and coping stratergies, she is as i write in hosp since thurs being assesed today to see when she can come home, she was only diagnosed in August
