I've had some kind of anxiety most of my life but recently it's been worse than normal. I wake up with that on edge feeling and it's there all day. Then I worry about feeling anxious and it gets worse. Having a bit of a rubbish time, work busy and stressful (health professional), someone I know died from cancer this week aged 50, my husband is going abroad for 4 days in a few weeks which definitely stresses me out. I have started an online support course though work but it doesn't seem to be helping yet.

Sorry you suffer with anxiety, have you tried googling breathing exercises to do.
It can help.
Hope the course helps to.
We are here for you to, hope posting helps.
I used to be a nurse, so can appreciate how stressful it can be.

Anxiety is a right PITA as when I get it bad I have to sit down just in case I fall down, then my head starts to look all doom and gloom and the mind racers like know bodies business and if it really is a very bad attack I get back to bed to sleep it off.
