I've had some kind of anxiety most of my life but recently it's been worse than normal. I wake up with that on edge feeling and it's there all day. Then I worry about feeling anxious and it gets worse. Having a bit of a rubbish time, work busy and stressful (health professional), someone I know died from cancer this week aged 50, my husband is going abroad for 4 days in a few weeks which definitely stresses me out. I have started an online support course though work but it doesn't seem to be helping yet.
