I read it as "Do you have a problem with balance due to anxiety?" Balance I assume means standing and walking normally. It seems odd to me that this could be the only symptom caused by anxiety, however.

Ah, got you. Thanks jajingna. Perhaps that's why I was confused also. Thinking it wouldn't be the only symptom.
