Basically my anxiety causes me to have these habits that consistently do and its hard to stop. for example even around a group of people or even with my bestfriend i cannot start or keep a conversation going theres always an awkward silence or ill just completely isolate myself. Now im constantly being tested because people think that im weird and that i cant defend myself and at this point its just affecting the relationship with the people i love the most. looking for advice or some helpful tips please help.
