anxiety over telling a nice friend my unreasonable view

I have this very good friend but there is just one thing that bothers me about how this friend..., I don't want to tell them, in case it seems I'm being unreasonable. I just want to take antidepressants because of this anxiety over telling a friend my unreasonable view. The only way is to bottle this up to avoid confrontation. I would never want to disappoint this friend because they are so nice.

Have you had anxiety over telling a very nice friend your unreasonable view?

My advice for you is to tell them whatever it is. Don't and I cannot stress this enough please don't put yourself under that much anxiety, it ruins a person. If your friend is that good he would understand but once you went down that road it will be very hard for you to come back.

Yes I told them in a nice way so they can understand. I have generalised anxiety disorder but I finally let them know, it was hard.
