HI all,

I have been feeling too much anxiety as of recently, regarding what with mum's leg, and the fact that the MRI Scan couldn't be carried out, due to bad administrative organisation on the part of the referral doctor. And, I'm sure at the moment, I have been beginning to feel, fast pulse rates happen, due to this, and the delay what with the bank hols, non communication until Tuesday, so hopefully, after when mum makes the first initial stages, of communication with back to the original private hospital, and even though Barnet was one of the places, she could go to, on Tuesday, our anxieties, mine in particular, should then be lessened.

I have been getting on with cross stitching and listening to music, I have a sneaky feeling I might well put on my travel wrist bands again, as they calm my anxiety nerves down, and at bay.

I was almost thinking of making a GP appointment for then a referral, then, i felt, well, if it is all to do with mum only, the time it will take for a referral to be dealt with, mum would have been settled in the meantime, and I would have then felt much better.
So I'll continue on as I am with the method of music listening and needleworking, and also wearing the bands, I might even take, a half dose of Lorezapam for tonight and tomorrow to help me feel more settled. Therefore, the edge of the anxiety taken off a bit.

Also, I have been tired today, I went out t his morning, local, and out with parents this afternoon, to help them out with the supermarket rounds, with the supermarket trolley, as dad needed to wheelchair assist mum, we have our own wheelchair. Very beneficial actually.

Anyway, I should perk up, Tuesday/Wednesday, once and after if at all, I'll know where I'll be via volunteering requests, (I'll keep my brand new organisation for helping them out, on a once a week basis).

I should like to get to zumba gold classes, problem being they are too early on, in the day for me, particularly for 9.30am, for a 9.45 class, that time isn't too bad. i'LL GO all beign well, the following week.

As soon as I know further developments regarding me, and separately my mother, I'll post an update on Tuesday during the evening, her appointment time is early evening anyway. So on Tuesday, I'll do a home workout then. Hopefully.

Have a good Sunday and Bankk Holiday weekend all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

Since I first posted about this, I have resumed wearing my travel wrist bands, and I now do feel actually much calmer, and the puls rate has now resettled. I have been getting on with cross stitching design piece, and music listening.

We will all be relieved, those who are inidrectly affected what with mum, after what we will learn on Tuesday, when mother makes enqurieis to do with the form, and whether if the MRI scan could still be done, then with without the form signed, and still see the referral doctor, maybe on Thursday, as a example of day, to then delay when to be seen by him, until enquriies are made, we won't know.

Anyway, update overall being, I am very much more better now.

Have a good Sunday and Bank Holiday Weekend all,

Natalie.

Hi all,

I am thinking of taking Lorezapam on a daily basis, whilst I have the situation with my mother. I don;t mean that bad, I mean because of her leg health problems, and therefore, in terms of volunteering, and it is daylight hours longer now, I'll arrange that I volunteer from 1.30-3.30pm, and unless in another organisation, has to be for the morning, in which case, I'll arrange for from 11.30am/midday, enabling me to recover from having taken the Lorezapam the night before nightly.

I only take a half a dose of 1mg of Lorezpam anyway.

HI all,

Well, after taking a half dose of Lorezapam, whilst retiring for the night, I am much much better today.

The pulses have returned to normal, and I am calmer. No need for me to wear my travel wrists bands to help keep an eye on anxiety levels for today. When it comes to volunteering and travel wrist bands - I'll crossthat bridge when it comes to it, and not before.

i am going to take a half dose tonight.

Will focus this afternoon, on cross stitching and music listening.

Thanks very much.

Hi Itsmeagain, by the way,

I shouild like to keep going with the Lorezpam, the only snag is, I am to have it on a short term basis only, for when going away on holiday, and assuming that I was to be finer overhere at home. I do have ample of tablets of Lorezapam, at the moment, so I shan't be needing to order more yet a while, ah, even though I shall be away in July.

Once again, thanks very much.

Hi all,

Apologies for the gap in posting;

Currently, I am finer, thanks me thinks to taking half a dose of Lorezapam, last night. Taking the Lorezapam, shall continue, whilst under the present circumtances, once we know of the results of the MRI scan, and referral doctor, levels off anxiety wise within, to take nightly, on a temporarily basis.

i haven't noticed anymore pulse increases, so that's ok.

Have been getting on with cross stitching and listening to music.

Mum shall be relieved i think, for communication for enquries purposes tomorrow, sa to day was a Bank Holiday situation.

i am looking forward to taking me out for part of the day, Wednesday.

i am still only having 20ml, to enable me to sleep better overnight, something woke me up this morning, at 6.30 am so I couldn't get proper sleep. Try again, for overnight into tomorrow morning.

HI all,

I was in two minds this evening, whether not to take th eLorezapam for tonight, and then I'm thinking, me thinks, that due to monitoring for volunteering work purposes as well, it might well be prudent, for me to have Lorezapam for tonight also.

So far, I haven't needed to put on my travel wrist bands, so they can be kept off, for the remainder of tonight and overnight.

We will all be relived, for those affected in my family bymum with her terrible leg problems, one of them, for her to be seen, after the form is then signed, and a MRI scan then re scheduled.

Typically as always by me, listening to music, theraputic, and cross stitching.

HI all,

There's more to the saga, for mother, and me. She made enquiries earlier this morning, and apparently, due to the fact, that the form was redesigned, they forget to know, where to sign on the form. It's also complicated, due to that the appointment this evening for mum, will now be cancelled, and a MRI shall be reschuduled for in the short term in due course.

Preferably just as well, that I thought i'll take a dose of Lorezapam, for last night, which I had.

Hi All,

I am pleased to report, that the excruitating pain mum had, and was partially the cause, was a very painful bad cyst on her leg. This was pointed ouit by somebody within the medical team, whom were treating her, and that was then dealt with. Very traumatic for her. The ultra sound part, this will be done on Friday, the ultra sound was/is for the artrhiric problem of the knee, leg area.

The reason why I vouch I am pleased to report, is due to that, cysts and boils are genetic, in mother's side of the family, down to her, and then down to me. So I am very much glad, that's all that it was. For the excruitating pain side of things.

Hopefully, tomorrow, I can now get a workout done, when parents if they are, out, otherwise, I might well be needed for further assistance, for their shopping tomorrow, depending on how mum feels.

im then volunteering on Wednesday.

As always listening to music, and needleworking.

Have a good Monday night all, and see you all around on the forums, either later on this evening, otherwise, about lunchtime ish, tomorrow, and I'll do a report update, for my own problems - szchophrenia based conditions.

Hi all,

Now that my mother's leg is very much better, not completely out of the woods just yet, she is now able to walk around in home muchmore freelywithout walking sticks. She still very much doesn't heve confidence for in street walking, and has to either rely upon, my father, or myself, and or my brother and or his girlfriend, to aid her.

I'm very well, no anxieties up at all.

Have a good Tuesday night all,

Natalie.
