Hi Folks,

I enquired my chemist pharmacist, regarding whether if I could take Lorezapam, for in the daytime so that works better for me in the evenings, and he said, that if it isn't an issue, can cause drowsiness.

I felt, oh well, on that note, I'll continue like I am just the abilify for normal szchophrenia problems, controlling, and my bands I had once discovered for anxiety controlling, so that I can be kept more alert, and further more, for when on cruise holiday, cominb up, listening to music, like i normally do, whilst in the cabin room, and knitting, and hopefully to attend if suitable, zumba classes.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.

Lorazepam is also prescribed as an anti-insomnia medication so it's probably best to take it just in the evenings, unless you take a low dose or your doctor advises otherwise.

HI Kerome,

As I say, i did ask my chemist, and they said it can cause drowisness, so I feel, as i explained in my oriignal first post, I'll stick with my usual day time activities and routines, usually, including Abilify to take, and I'll manage, I have my bands, for my wrists to keep anxiety levels down, also.

Thanks for your post.

Hi Folks,

As soon I'll be away on hols, with parents, and am looking forward to the holiday.

Now I feel, commencing from tonight, maybe not because I have a dental appointment tomorrow morning, so from tomorrow night, I'll start to take half a dose of Lorezapam, to help me feel more calmer for the general earlier part of the week, and up until Wednesday/Thursday, night, and levelling off from taking this, not to this is on Friday and Saturday. It will be a British National Line of cruise which we'll be on, I guess, that I am just nervous, of, that the day will run smoothly, on Sunday, when leaving home to meet the local hire car, with parents, and then onto the coach, from a local coach point pick up. However, having said, this, the coach is and will be linked to the cruise ship, and the cruise will wait for further people if necessary to then board. The cruise sails apporiximately 4pm.

Hopefully once on board the cruise, I'll level off, from not taking the Lorezapam.

i only take the a half dose from the original 1mg dose of Lorezapam. This for me is an as and when medication, not full time.

I shall as every be planning to, during the evening times, anyway this week, if not during the late afternoons as well, be listening to music, and needle working, orknitting, depending how my mood takes, me, what with the miserable feel of build up to wet weather, somewhere in UK, just dark clouds, otherwise, for London areas.

i do aslo hope to get a workout done, for on Tuesday, during the day.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.

Hi Blacksmoke,

Ha ha ha, complimentary laughing, no, I shan't be lugging the suitcases, the car hire driver locally we'll be with will do that, and then the coach driver will assist us, at the coach pick up point. From there, there will be porters, in the docks, via the ships, ship, to help us, sort out that side of things, dad will only have to tip them.

As far as I know, unfortunately, I don't have air legs, i never have had, unfortunately, i was always stuck with being away with parents. They wouldn't allow me to be a well, a home alone character, at home. Not without home supervision, and brother works part time, and isn't there at weekends.

Nope, I'll definitely will hopefully prefer crusiing me, less hasssle security wise, at the port, and the ship can't lift up, because sails straight, so i haven't got that to worry about. Not with crusiing i haven't.

Anyway, thanks for your post, it really did make me chuckle.

Thank, you, and hopefully the weather shall be kind, travelling throuhg the bay of biscay, and also on route back, when we approach Gilbralta, and have a half day there, I'm not very good with my geography, so i can't offhand remember the full roughly - itenary of cruise travel places we will be calling at.

HI all,

I happen to be sleeping so well, overnighters, London UK, time, that I'm beginning to think, I might not actually need to take the Lorezapam in advance of the holiday. However, I a m going to take with me, for just in case within me, of anxiety to be creeping upon, me, and I'll take half a dose per night, to help me feel more settled on cruise.

I will also be still listening to music in the daytimes, and knitting.

I need to have 2 fillings done, after the holiday, and just to be on the safe side, not let air too much air, get to my upper set teeth, i might or i might not do the zumba on board, in any event, I shall see how my mood will take me, each day.

Best Regards All,

HI Folks,

I happen to be unsettled for the during the afternoon today, no no, nothing to do with anxiety, I'm fine on that note, it's on the basis, the weather causing my sinuses to be playing havoc, and also i discovered that i need to have dental work done and all being well, just after I return back from cruise holiday.

I am at the moment now, and until dinner time, listening to music, and knitting to keep me calmer.

I'm certainly not anxious regarding the holiday itself. I'm very well on that note.

Hi Folks,

Anxiety update post; well, what can I say? I still miracously be sleeping very well overnighters, thouigh just lately, I might have a touch tad of paranoia slight to wake me up, early morning, about 4am, apart from that, anxiety wise I am very well, therefore, can function much better during the daytimes, in review mode this is.

I've just lately have been able to manage to fit in a workout this week as well.

Very much looking forward to the holiday, I couldn't remember if I ever said, on MHF under anxiety before now, we had a few months back, stress in home and externally indirectly, regarding my passport, because, mine expires in March, now apparently, some say, from after the date of returning from the present trip - it should be 6 months however, when we contacted the cruise line, and we explained that we booked through agent, and the agent said 6 months, the clerk over the phone at the cruise line head offices in agreement, what difference it's only 5 months, and it was oriignally suggested to get a new passport in review mode, earliy on at that juncture, whilst booking, and in fact it was the agent, reading off from info, coming out saying 6 months, well, dad not being happy with that, and there's are ok, parents, they are well in date, so anyway, explaining from her end, at h.q, just fill in the cruise personaliser, and any problems get back.

After filling in, no comment, against the date of my passport on the box, and the man this time, after dad phoned back, said, that's fine, no further problem. My brother gets so paranoid, it's just not true, though he's has my welfare at his interest at times, and he was feeling very concerned, he happened to have been researching what happened via other people, (which he shouldn't have done in my opinon) and the underlying what with paranoia from brother, speaking to father the late week, he asked brother about what happened when he, how did he purchase, so to speak, jokingly to follow, I needed to go to a dark room to lie down, he is a wearing out character, plus paranoia, jokingly.

So anyway and i am now relaising, had there been such a problem, they connect with the agent, the cruise head quarters, of the fleet, surely to goodness, we would have heard, if there were such further on problems, and we haven't heard, so....as the expression goes, NO NEWS happily for me, and dad as well I should think, IS GOOD NEWS.

So on wood, and it is now this weekend, when we go, I am and in any case in some respects an optimistic character, I'll closely monitor, off own back, now i have the speech, so I wouldn't start creating an argument , jokingly, all i can say, for the moment, I won't run before I can walk, and I'll be on with parents, on ship.

Have a good week all,

Natalie.

Hi Folks,

Just before I commence, having just seen a caption, down below, reminds me of, years back, and with anxiety conditions of mental health problems anyhow, that anxiety always prevented me feeling happier this is about getting away on hoiday and being away, when younger, just felt i had to mention that.

We are loosely thinking/planning and researching our holiday/vacation for in March. I wish personally not march, it could be bad weather via here first, depending, between January and March. Hopefully not though.

Now I am revising planning me, that a few weeks, sorry, a couple of months before going, I'll take my half doses of as and when anxiety med, Lorezapam, i realised that to start messing about trying to find another brand, well, I'll stick with this one. In January, I'll commence the programming of, Lorezapam, half dose at night, and levelling off, for the week of going. On night of the date of arrival, to the particular state, of our other holiday country) i'll resume the programming of Lorezapam then. With the pre taking of Lorezapm during January and February and early March, that should last long, to see me through the week of going, withouit taking, as I'll be busier also preparation for packing, and carry on packing as well, well, I don't like to forget anything in particular, walkman and music, for one thing.

This programming shall then continue right through the holiday, and again, levelling off, a few days, before travelling back. All being well travelling back, this is.

I hope by this point, I shall be working out in fitness at home, on a frequent basis. To help keep anxiety down and at bay, along of the med, temporarily - Lorezapam.

Best Regards All,

Natalie.
