I just feel numb, panicked, stressed, sick, worried, emotional about everything. My mind can not focus. Is this normal or something else.

Yeah, that sounds like stress and anxiety.

Anxiety can be a horrible thing to go through as the racing mind aching thoughts and emotions all over the place then over thinking as well, so we have to try and calm the mind back down with either soothing music or breathing exercisers to help.

Yes I have that too but not sure if that’s because of the crying.

Sounds quite typical. Even doing something menial can help distract the mind.
