Anxiety and Nightshade Food Intolerance

I have a food intolerance to Nightshade vegetables and fruits which causes really bad anxiety for me. I have compiled a list of nightshades for anyone who wants to try eliminating them from their diet to see if they have the same problem. You will only have to eliminate them for about 1 - 2 weeks to see if there is any difference. Nightshades include some of my favourite foods unfortunately and once or twice a month I will have pizza or a veggie spaghetti bolognaise which I can cope with, but I make sure not to eat anything with NS's in if I have anything stressful planned for the following 2 -3 days.
Tobacco and tomatoes are the worst nightshades for me. They cause lots of tension in my eyes as well as anxiety.

Tomatoes and anything that looks like a tomato - tamarillos, tomatillos, bush tomatoes etc.
Capsicums/peppers including sweet, bell etc.
Aubergines/egg plants.
White potatoes (Sweet potatos are ok/not nightshades).
All chillis, paprika, cayenne spices. (Black pepper is ok/not a nightshade).
Goji berries,
Ground cherries (regular cherries are ok/not nightshades).

I also have an intolerance to Tannin and will do a separate thread about that soon.

I think I have a sensitivity to NS foods. I have off and on anxiety and it worsen with certain foods. Thank for posting awareness this topic, it was helpful.
