Thanks for the detailed overview of both mental illnesses. I don’t find the solution how to get rid of anxiety and depression. I read may articles regarding these problems that suggest that therapies are most effective to overcome from both the problems.

Who could diagnose the psychosis of the shrink? The meds which has led to the mental trauma/ PTSD (while trying to recover from DID, caused by same shits), the nobel-candidate thinks that the same shit can be used to "heal" those traumas/PTSD?! Deadly anxy, depsy, uncomfy, flegy and concentration non-existent that the "pill-regime" gotta be in the fine fettle?

I think I have anxiety. I once visited a psychologist who judged me when I told him I am having problems with my family. He said it's not even a problem worth having. Also, when I told him about my ex, he gave me a smirk.( -_- ) That was the first and the last time I visited a psychologist. I dealt with that problem myself. Now I have a totally different problem. My friends have already started their PhD or some of them are working. But here I am doing nothing but observing them on social media. I went to three interview and performed badly. I got nervous. And I don't know what to do now. I just sit around the house, the entire day or sleep all the time. I am having a hard time dealing with this situation and I think I am not good enough for anything. Sometimes I have panic attacks but then later in the day, I feel this euphoria that I can do anything. I don't know what to do.

I know that stress, anxiety, and similar conditions have a very big effect on the nervous system. I had such a problem that my nervous breakdown blocked the neck muscles. I suffered for a long time from unbearable pain. In the hospital, one woman gave me contacts of this center: Physical Therapist Forest Hills | Top rated Physical Therapy near me. There are wonderful and very attentive people. There was recommended to me a great physiotherapist. A week after the massage, I felt relieved.

The Differences Between Anxiety and Depression.

Anxiety:

Apprehension over what's about to happen and what could happen in the future.
Worried thoughts, or a belief that something could go wrong.
Feeling like you need to run away or avoid things that could cause further anxiety.

Depression:

Feeling of sadness about the future, as though it's hopeless.
Listlessness, and a lack of belief that positive things will occur.
Little worry, but instead a certainty of future negative emotions. Possible suicidal thoughts.

studies shows there is a link between anxiety and depression, and now there is a link with psychosis as well. All these mental health problems are related in some way
Hi Dani90, I think the aspected which is missing from the above comment would be emotional trauma or subjected to some type of ritual abuse, isolation is another key factor in understanding what's at play to cause mental health disorder, then issues appear in the form of symptoms, hence bio-polar, depression, schizophonia. In my belief, these human conditions are formed from an outside stimulus, I disbelieve that these are directly formed from the Brain. ( That's big pharma advertising dept).

am worrid i suffer with anxiety and depreshion and becouse i had a melt down when i was 14 i tried to treat my self, and now that i need help badly and dont feal am getting it or the meds there giving me are right. all i want is my life back, its like av for gotton how to live.
Hi Duff1981, Sounds like you are still very emotionally traumatized, know the feeling well, have you tried a reliable professional counselor/therapist they can be the best thing for your situation as if you go to the service provider meaning Psychiatry they will prescribe heavy meds that will knock you sideways and you will find out that it's a form of human traffic after 15 years, and you'll still be effected.

I've always struggled with both though I would say the depression came first. The anxiety came a little later, but both have gotten worse due to medical conditions.

Depression/anxiety: you can overthink it and over analyze it. Seriously, is there really such a big qualitative difference between the two ? The one feeds the other, I think.
