drugs dont treat anything. they just trade symptoms for side effects.
if the symptoms are worse then the side effects then u take the drug. if not then you dont take it.
cost benefit analysis is where all choice comes from. and often we lack the information so we have to do trial and error. we test things out and learn.
the real solution to anxiety is to upgrade the core beliefs in the subconscious mind. which takes years. its a slow evolution. but its easy because everyday you work at it you get a little better. there is a daily pay off, and a long term pay off.
