Anxiety an paranoia

am I the only one that goes threw this my paranoia messing around with my OCD of over thinking then ill get panic an anxiety attacks alot of physical symptoms as well but as of right now my doctor only thinks I have depression an anxiety an she gave me Prozac an remeron but I need something better cause my attacks make me physically ill ill be up all night sweating with hot flashes an throwing up
