Anxiety about weight loss and being healthier

I want to be healthier but I’m scared to be knocked down a cup size from not eating fatty sugar filled foods anymore. I’m 38D 5’2 somewhere around 115-120 pounds. Any advice on foods or exercise that would maintain my cup size? I don’t want to be unattractive to my boyfriend but also don’t want my health to deteriorate

You seem like you are good enough state already with weight height and breast size I would just maintain and try to not go for the sugary foods very unhealthy, Hope you are confortable with everything You will not lose much breast size if you lose a couple ponds No fears you seem find to me Lots of hugs
