Anorexic and had a binge how can i stop

Im diagnosed with anorexic and i seem to have had a mad binge,the last time this happened was a few months ago, i just feel so disgusting and fat i just want to cry and get rid of all this i just ate has anybody else been through this but able to stop i carnt help it and i dont no why my body does this or why or how i allow myself to do this to myself.

are you getting any professional help ?
thats the best thing probably, to be able to talk about your issues
and find out why you are unhappy

usually because we feel lonely I think

a quick fix also might be
to read other peoples posts in this sub forum
and see if you can answer them

that might help

Yes im having cbt and mantra and i see a psychiatrist but none of that is helping me i just feel im a rut and carnt get out like im drowning

I just looked at it and wanted it im always hungry but i bypass it after a while it goes

Never been told about that kind of group its always a 1 on 1

Of course you are hungry you are starving yourself.That was me.Thats what I used to do yet at a high slim athletic weight.I was the perfect slim athletic princess but so broken and sick I have won.The print walk isn't worth it.

Its ok sorry i find it hard to understand alot of things never hurd of hunger for validation never been asked that before

Yea i really just needed and wanted sugar so i started and couldnt stop which mad me feel discusting and guilty and not strong at all
