Would that be okay to do? Like. Fully? Lol. I used to i think but as I started to feel connections with people on here I didn’t want to bog anyone down with my weird thoughts and feelings. I also thought doing only positive posts would make me more positive. Which it did. But I still have the same underlying insecurities as before since I never addressed them.

You could always start a diary in the jouranal section then only registered users can read. It doesnt always have to be MH related you can post what you like (within reason tho) lol

That’s true. I had started one but I didn’t keep it consistently. I might get back to it.

The point of opening up, be it here or with your therapist, is that you won’t feel so alone. You’ll find lots of people have had the same issues, that it’s not just you, it’s the BPD.
Use the forum and your therapist not to be liked, to get better. Try to put yourself first.

my recovery has accelerated
from opening up here
I had so many issues trapped in my head

I never open up 100 % though
I like to keep a little bit hidden
just to be safe
