Hi I was told by my cpn Iwas entitled to pip while iI'msstruggling & not working. I made a claim on 2.10.15, I'vehad my 'aassessment' but am worried I won't be awarded it as all the ?? Seemed to relate to physical health :+/ I'm sstarting to wish I'd never attempted this claim if I wasn'tanxious before capita hhave sure made it 10× worse  useless company & system :( tia :)

Hi Lauren, I've been awarded high rate PIP for anxiety and depression. This was before my latest additional diagnoses of BPD and PTSD. I got the CAB to fill in my forms for me as they know how to word these things. I wish you all the luck with your claim, and hope you hear from them soon. xxxx

I'm sorry you didn't get any points at all Kezzad87, did you fill in the forms yourself? I got the CAB to fill mine in, as they know how to word them. Otherwise we just stated how it was for me from day to day, at my worse. I also had a home visit for my assessment, which she could see was a mess, as I'm not capable of taking care of myself or my home. Do you have support from CMHT or someone, who could write to them on your behalf, my OT did this for me 2yrs ago, which helped then. Sorry, not sure what else to suggest. xxxxxx

Sorry for late reply (I'm not getting notifications for some reason). Lauren,I think some people make really good actors n have no shame when claiming PIP and there's nowt wrong with them...they should b ashamed of themselves....Kezzad..keep appealing until they get you, that's what they want people to do just take no for an answer so they have more money in the pot...i think alot of these PIP doctors who do the medicals are arseholes (pardon my language) I know for a fact they lie too...my mother is physically disabled and in a wheel chair awaiting hip replacement...the doctor said she got the bus to the medical and walked in...lol what a joke...her partner wheeled her in in her chair,so they do tell lies...they get extra pay too for every person they say no to...dont let them doubt yourself...show the buggars I say and hopefully it will work in your favour :) hope yous are all ok...im gonna have a tweak of this forum because I don't get notifications no more...loads of luv, Stormy x

Hey :) I'm hoping they just say yes as i wouldn't know where to sstart wwith. Appealing  I had some1 from dDWP come to my house & fill out the forms out for me, as iIkept getting it out the draw having a look at them and putting them back as iIddidn't know where to start with it all. Is it normal to take this long? They received my forms on 2.10.15 '-/ thanks 4 all your advice guys :)

Hi Lauren...i looked at the forms I got and was like "holy crap" you need a degree to fill them things out,but one day my internet went off and I got them out and did it lol it took me quite a while but I think I was very clever with my answers and explained them well ...i don't know how long the waiting time is to hear back but that does seem quite long...i found out within a month but it might work differently in other areas...i would chase it up x
