I've done my judgement chart for a week, and it helped me too realise how judgemental I can be.. I am mostly putting the dbt workbook on hold to practice and learn mindfulness to a better degree.. I am also using I statements
I feel _____ when you do that
I felt ______ when that happens
Etc etc
And I have been practising meditation alot xx

Eventually I will move on too how a primary emotion can set of secondary emotions effecting me later on in life an example would be

Snappy at a work colleague made me angry
Now it's uncomfy to work
I felt I wanted revenge
Now I've learnt to let karma sort him out

You see one event caused many problems through one emotion towards another... well I kinda could be talking out my arse on this post as need to actually read and fill in the work sheet but for now like I said above I'm learning more about mindfulness, and meditation and practising I statements x
