I am just out of the nut house. Monday I was discharged. I was in for 3 months. I just wrote a post about concentration - or lack of it. I am afraid - I have not had any for 4 years (Concentration). I can't read or watch telly with complicated story line.

How are you feeling? Do you feel more level now? You said you don;t feel normal - how do you mean. Is it the lack of concentration etc? Don't worry about being normal. #

Hi carly,

think about this :

although you disregard the nut house in the negative

you spent the time to identify:clap: it as a psychiatric hospital in the positive.
