I'm 58 and I've been housebound since 2000.I have severe chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS) that keeps mew at home.I guess there's an element of agoraphobia there.I dont travel at all.I have to get home deliveries for everything.I'm more bored than anything. Its finding things to do.I read a lot so it costs me a lot trying to buy books to read.I havent joined up with local libraries.

Are you housebound from the chronic fatigue or because you're anxious?

I'm housebound by severe chronic fatigue.I'm in the minority of those with cfs severe cfs.Others with cfs tend to get out and about but they dont over do it.
