Well I have had MH problems since a young age and I am a fair bit older now. So which category do I fit in?

Seeing if MH is more prevalent in younger or older people means doing a much wider poll than this, because it is well known that alot of older people are not familiar with internet forums and technology so may not be on here, whereas younger people are more likely to use forums.

I'm 52...(going on 16)...now looking back I have always had MH problems.
As Sapphire mentioned younger people are more used to expressing themselves through forums and texts....I did a text once

Good one Westman, I always describe myself as 47 going on 20 (well obviously only while I'm 47  )

Well I've had diagnosed MH problems since my early 30s, they may have been there for some time.

Thanks for the replies. I wondered if I was being stupid being 50+ going on 80+( def how I feel) being on this forum. When I was thrown into hospital back in my early 20s there were no groups or support and it was all whispers, guilt, shame and embarassment.
Thanks for being here
