I self-harmed last night, and I'm feeling the urge to do it again. I'm not coping right now. The latest thing that has set me off is not being able to find my headphones, and they were really expensive. Do I seriously meed to go stomping and yelling about my apartment like a maniac just because I can't find my headphones? I am a loser.

You are not a loser. I cracked it because I couldn't find this one DVD I wanted to watch. Even though I have a hundred other ones. I just wanted this one. Everyone copes and reacts in thier own way

Don't hurt yourself! Call a friend, a suicide line and/or leave a message with your doctor! No need to berate yourself like that. Embrace life because we only get one shot of it. Life doesn't end really, since we're all energy. But yeah, get in touch with other people and try to utilize practicing being pro-active.

Just trying to help, take it or leave it. Seriously though, if it's that bad, go to the ER. Hope that you feel better!

Don't do it I know how you feel, I self harmed a few years back when I felt very very hopeless & it's not worth it. Try & call a friend or someone you trust or a help line or go to the ER or your doctor. When I cut myself I had nobody to turn to & trust me it helps to confide in someone you trust. Wishing you the very best hope you get to a better place!
