Hi,

I’ve got some really deep scars when I self harmed 3 months ago when I was really drunk; I had to have surgery and bio oil hasn’t done much... please can someone give advise how to hide these scars effectively? It’s affecting my confidence as I can’t even go swimming with my friends or workout in anything but a hoody..!

I will be a getting a sleeve down the line to hide this, as it hasn’t fully healed; but I just want to hide it and walk around in the summer heat without people asking or wondering “why is he not hot in that jumper”, I’ve stopped all this now I think this was the big one that made me realise it’s not worth

Definitely be getting a Japanese sleeve for sure! Colours look real vivid just nice to look at😅 I was thinking of getting the gym long sleeve to be fair, just also thinking other options to hide this shit until at least the Scar has faded and isn’t as risen

I know it’s a bit feminine but have you thought of concealer cream until it heals up. I use it all the time on mine. And now I’m going on holiday the ones on my legs will show so will have to cover them up. If you go into somewhere like Boots they will be able to advise you. There are even waterproof ones
