Advice for tests?

Aug 3, 2019
So I’ve posted on this forum before about these weird waves of feelings that I’ve been getting for the last 6 months. I just feel a little off from my normal self. So I’m thinking that I might have some sort of chemical issue going on maybe by lack of vitamins, mineral, etc. I don’t want to go into my GP just yet for diagnosis because my career depends on me being mentally healthy. So I was thinking I could maybe ask him for a blood test to maybe rule out some other causes? Any advice on what I should get tested for? Thyroid? Vitamins? Minerals? Etc? Anything at all that could be giving me these weird waves of “anxiety”. It doesn’t even feel like anxiety that most people describe, it’s not that I’m nervous, I just feel trapped almost and it sucks a lot. Thanks!

I'm sorry I have no idea. Have you tried googling it? I have heard that low thyroid can cause depression. Good luck.
