Acupuncture

My partner called his old doctor who now specialises in Acupuncture, he told him my situation only he had some negative feedback. The doc explained that it's very expensive - he's right about that, £85 for the first visit/consultation. He then explained that it may not even work , I thought therapist's stood by their work.

If the therapist doesn't sound optimistic, then that doesn't exactly make me feel optimistic about it either.

I really don't know what to do now.

Maybe I should look up some others, what do you think ?

NOBODY KNOWS FOR SURE
I can only say that I had acupuncture a few years ago for sciatica and it worked for me. I'm seeing someone on the nhs next week as I've got a problem with my hand arm and shoulder and the physio has referred me for it. I suppose it's like any treatment it may not work for everyone. Best of luck.

Thanks Lady Summer,

I hope your appointment with the nhs goes well.

I've picked up a leaflet from my local sports centre where a lady specialises in Acupuncture. I think most work is to do with sports injuries rather than the mind, I'm not sure, will have to ring and find out.

We'll see.

Take care and thanks for your reply. :flowers:
