HI Invisible,

I would highly recommend volunteering, that way, if you don't feel well, and I suspect anxiety is your condition, there wouldn't be a problem if you had to back out, or cancel, with paid work, employers are expecting you
generally speaking, to be in.

i do wish you better.

I'm also wondering so if you don't mind me asking, how long have you been off sick from work for?

If it has been an extremely long time, then I can appreciate and sympathise, the anxieties, surrounding this.

I should have thought presuming you had been interviewed, originally, and if what you feel you could/can't manage to cope with that would have been at that point to then say, something a bit like, well look, I just don't feel I'd be able to manage that! The ball could have then been in their court, to then suggest, in the interview, a alternative work role suggestion!

Alternatively, you could resign out, give notice of a month, and that could then lead you the path towards - if you wanted to this is, do eventually volunteering work.

In terms of your older boyfriend and yourself, that's your private management affair, it's doesn't have anything at all to do with about her, let's hope, that she would have then forgotten about that.

Would you happen to be on medication at all for anxieties? I would seriously recommend that you contact in person your GP, book up an appointment, or call crisis team of mental health team, and they can assess, you, and put you forward in the right direction.

Welcome back, I haven't noticed you here, for a very long time.

Take care now.

Hi Invisible, thanks for asking.

I'm well, so well, that i am partially reducing my dose of medication I have checked this with my GP, and also because on a high dose, very very strong in the waking alerting sense, was annoying me. So I'll trial me on 20ml, see how i get on.

I'm going through a quiet spell, of non volunteering tasks, it's the summer, many people have been or are presently on holiday, I'll soon be away myself, in September. I go back to my volunteering, in October, bit of a long break, can't be helped. I'm etching to get back to volunteering.

I don't have any mental health crucial ailments so i'm fine, there, though I was irritible, and tired, for a t ime this evening, I had a GP appointment, and been out twice in total for today, and also the current spell of wet weather causing me to feel low. Weather wise, just can' win. I like pleasant cool/warm not very hot days, which does wonders for my mental health wellbeing. Apart from the fact, I'm on med.

I'm sleeping very well now at the moment, I just can't manage to fit my morning workouts in!

Anyway, take care now.

Best Wishes.

Do let us know further, how you'll get on, with your plan regarding what you'll consider.

And also let usknow regarding your GP appointment.

Hi, Natalie,
Hope you don’t mind me asking, but what medication are you on that
is causing you waking and alerting symptoms?
I desperately need help with these

All I can do is sit and look at what needs doing without doing anything.
Then the guilt worsens.
My sleep is also dreadful.

I also suffer agoraphobia.
Is there anything specific for that?

Also invisible, I hope things work out well for you.

Best wishes to you both, Pollypop x

Hi Pollypop,

Can i get something straight; I do not have agoraphobia, for a start.

No no, I don't mind you asking; I am on Aripipazole, or otherwise known as Abilify, and I am presently and having gone back to 25ml. I was going to retrial me on 20ml, however, I was very unstable yesterday, I had to reincrease back u p to 25ml. I am much much more resettled, and much better at 25ml.

I would suggest and if you are not already; under a community mental health team, experts, sorry, specialists, make an appointment for the GP, and they can then refer you, or alternatively, contact the community mental health out of duty doctor, or crisis team, they'll assess you, and put you forward in the right direction, they coudl help you with sleep, now, I don't know what meds you're on, I'm not about to ask, though I do feel, you should seek immediate advice, from medical professionals please, tomorrow is Friday, please do contact your GP surgery, or community mental health team.

The medication I am on, is a less sedative and always was, than a prevous med, which i would rather not drop a hint what that brand was, and had me almost sleeping all day, and weight gaining.

Best Wishes, Pollypop,

Natalie.

Hi Karolina, Nice to meet you;

Yes, I can answer and still is the case about medication - I am on Aripipazole, otherwise known as Abilify.

Volunteering wise; yes, I help out with envelope filling and labelling envelopes work, I also help out at another organisation for some mailing work, and presently, and all being well for then onwards, I help out for a weekly position, typing. I enjoy typing much better, though I shan't be giving up, on the envelope filling and labelling work side of things.

Thanks very much, I always knew I was sounding/feeling healthy, except for my physcial health conditions problems. Mental health wise, I always have been classed as well, very well.

Hello Natalie, I am so very, very sorry for upsetting you about agoraphobia.
It was my poor way of forming the post.

When I said ‘I also suffer from agoraphobia’ I wasn’t meaning that you did.
I was adding it just as one of my own problems.

Re-reading it I can now see how it has suggested you had agoraphobia.
I am so sorry.

I am receiving mental health care but no longer from my area.
They are totally incompetent.
I don’t say that lightly. I have had problems with every department
and person I have seen.

Long story short, things had to progress from the complaints dept
to The Trust where 4 complaints were upheld.

I should have sent more, but by this time my MH was rock bottom.
I couldn’t cope and consequently missed the deadline for more.

I am now seeing a private counsellor.
Also i am waiting for the results of blood tests, a 24hr heart monitor
and an appointment for an MRI brain scan.

My medication at the moment is Lamotragine, Duloxatine and Seroquel

I’m sorry about the long post. It just seemed to happen.
Also, once again I am sorry about the agoraphobia.

Hope you are keeping well, Love Pollypop x

That's ok, Invisible, I sympathise, how those errors can occurr, through text.

How has invisible, has it been work wise for you? Have you become more resettled, regarding something in your posts that you never have done, work wise, I can't remember exactly now what it was, you have never done, in your work role?

Take care now.
