Not sure if this is in the right place, I apologise if it isnt.......sorry

I so confused right now

I have written a will which I bought a legal document from a shop I want to make sure that the right people get what I leave them

I only have my dad and my 2 cousins and they know what they benefit when something happens to me and I know that they wont challenge the will as I havent much to leave anyway

What I wanted to ask will they accept my will because I have been told that if I wasnt in the right frame of mind, that the will wouldnt be accepted, is this true? and how do I go about proving that I am in the right frame of mind.

They know all about me stopping my medication and the voices coming back but I am refusing medication because I dont need them and they have said that I am becoming unwell again but I feel okay.

I am trying to challenge god my voice that I hear on what hes shouting at me but its hard and I am glad that I am trying to get support on here and the voices forum
my friend last week asked me on a scale 1 to 10 ,1 being the lowest where would I rate me and I said 0 and this week I still feel a 0 but I am trying so hard to make it a higher number before I meet up with her again because I dont want to let her down
I just seem to be letting everyone down whos trying to help me but when I have god shouting at me and getting me to have his attention with satan going along with him its so hard for me to trust anybody else
god said my mum was going to die and he was right wasnt he and thats why I trust what he says

I am just so su right now and I am sorry for the long post, I just need advice about the will

Thanks

Your best bet is to ring the Citizens Advice Bureau or a solicitor. You can get 15 minutes free advice from a solicitor (or you could recently when I went). You'll get a lot of opinions here but not necessarily specialist advice and that's what you really need.

Hi minnie,

What seems to be legal and binding does'nt always turn out that way.
I would take on board Dollit's advice and get some professional legal advice with this, good luck (y)

Ask a solicitor to read thru it and get it notorised. Something simple as wrong wording may cause problems. If you do not leave a will and you have over£5k then it would go into probate and that can take months to sort out
