Hi all,

After what has been for me, and I am prone suffering with biopolar also, weather wise in london, very bad wet weather, starting off on Tuesday, then, Thursday, and Friday, and I hadn't been very well with my lower back problem painful, I finally at long last managed to get a seriously hard dance aerobics workout done. I did a prolonged warm up, regarding the colder weather at this time, even though the central heatings on, and then I threw in the dance aerobics component. Tomorrow, I'll add in my strenghtening.

Particularly, with the biopolar I'll be very aware, I always know I need to workout, in order to keep the biopolar problems at bay. Down to a minimum too.

Strangely, my voices are well behaved, at the moment.

So I felt I had to finish the week off, with a harder dance aerobics workout session note.

Take care all,

Natalie.

Well done you for getting to the dance class. :)

The weather can make health issues much worse, can't it? But it sounds like you're determined to keep on top of things and do what's best for you.

Thanks, Somerset,

In actual fact, it was fitness dvds, I usually do workout to. Having said that, I am intending to get a zumba class all being well, weather and health all being well, come the New Year.

Anyway, I'm very much better now, with the worst of the weather behind us, from in London, trailed off to the Northern Europe I bellieve, and I am happily de-stressed now, making my cross stitch design work, and listening to music. Strangely, ordinarily, I can have the tendancy, to have a specialist area of insterest of mental health - hearing voices, so that I can monitor them off, and do my various activities, in at home, and to keep them down at bay to a minium, ah, even though I am on one type of med, for mental health, however, I had to have switched it round, to the biopolar problems, due to the fact, I was overloaded with bioploar this week, just gone.

Once again, thanks for corresponding.

HI all,

Having since done a extra harder within dance aerobics and also a very prolonged warm up and stretch, before I entered the phrase into dance aerobics via my fitness dvds, I am now, at the moment, very much fine once again.

I do need - having read elsewhere in the Mental Health Forums, to get some more cross stitch threads for me, as I've run out or don't have, so tomorrow, I'll go either of my two areas for that. Or both, in fact.
Yes, your right, Somerset Scorpio, cross stitching alone is a great distraction away from mental health conditons, so too, knitting.

Take care all,

Natalie.
